Brad Perry is no stranger to the entertainment world. He’s been waking up with people for more than 20 years on morning television.
Brad’s on-screen career began after attending Holy Cross Junior College at Norte Dame. He relocated to Chicago where he studied stand-up and trained at the famous Second City.
After working behind the scenes on several big productions, Brad had the opportunity to be in front of the camera on WGN’s Morning Show “The Man About Town.” That’s where he honed his on-camera humor and developed his unforgettable broadcast personality.
In 1998, he was given an opportunity in Phoenix at KTVK on “Good Morning Arizona” that he couldn’t refuse. After almost a decade on the #1 morning show in the valley, San Diego KUSI called with an offer he couldn’t pass up. Brad said “Good Morning San Diego” everyday until starting his passion- Brad’s Big Adventures.
Brad is no stranger to the digital platform. He developed, produced and hosted a monthly web show called “Untapped Unplugged” which showcased up and coming acoustic artists.
In 2009, Brad took “Untapped Unplugged” to TV by producing a special called “Untapped Unplugged In Jamaica,” which was a traveling show that mixed sightseeing with music.
Brad is inspired by his two beautiful children. His daughter is living in Chicago and following in her father’s “on stage footsteps” with her own stand-up style. She is also an alumni of Second City’s writing program. His son is living in L.A. and following in his father’s “on screen footsteps” as an actor, writer and director.
Brad Perry’s drive is to inspire and guide others to take a chance and be the best they can be!
